I was exhausted this morning. Having not worked out in so long and suddenly going back is tough. I hung out by the pool for a bit, but it was so hot that I had to jump and thought I'd make it a workout. I swam a couple of laps...dead. Swimming is the best form of exercise because you use your entire body in sync. My abs were burning after that. Later, I went to the gym. Elliptical Ran Abs
